Tengah Urban Village Head Tarmji explained the water flow was normal at the time of the incident or no rain. Unfortunately the sheet pile and reservoir were damaged already due to old.
"We hope that technical handling will be carried out quickly. Considering there are residential areas whose position is lower than the river, precisely on the west side of the reservoir. If the water debit is high, the water will overflow and cause flooding," he stated.
